Η ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΑ ΙΣΧΥΕΙ ΑΠΟ 28.09.2026 ΕΩΣ EΞΑΝΤΛΗΣΕΩΣ ΤΩΝ ΑΠΟΘΕΜΑΤΩΝ ΤΟΥ ΣΤΟΛΟΥ ΤΗΣ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ

Όροι και προϋποθέσεις προσφοράς η οποία περιλαμβάνει:

 – 30% έκπτωση για το μίσθωμα των τριών πρώτων μηνών

– Δωρεάν εγγραφή (αξίας 270,00€ συν Φ.Π.Α 24%) 

– Μόνο 1 μηνιαίο μίσθωμα ως εγγύηση (instastart), ανεξαρτήτως πακέτου

 –Ο νέος μισθωτής ή υφιστάμενος πελάτης με νέα μίσθωση, που θα μισθώσει συγκεκριμένο οχήμα του στόλου της εταιρείας, κατά την αποκλειστική χρονική διάρκεια από 28.09.2026 έως και εξαντλήσεως των αποθεμάτων, απολαμβάνει ειδικής προσφοράς κατά την οποία εφαρμόζεται έκπτωση ποσοστού 30% του μηνιαίου μισθώματος,  για τους τρεις πρώτους μήνες της μίσθωσης του οχήματος, δωρεάν εγγραφή (αξίας 270,00€ συν ΦΠΑ 24%), καθώς και 1 μηνιαίο μίσθωμα ως εγγύηση (instastart), ανεξαρτήτως πακέτου.

- Η παρούσα προσφορά έχει συγκεκριμένη χρονική διάρκεια, ήτοι από 28.09.2026 στις 16:00 έως εξαντλήσεως των αποθεμάτων.

- Η προσφορά αφορά αποκλειστικά και περιοριστικά τη μίσθωση συγκεκριμένου οχήματος του στόλου της εταιρείας.

- Η παρεχόμενη έκπτωση αφορά όλα τα πακέτα συμβάσεων μίσθωσης :

α) μήνα-μήνα,

β) σύμβαση 12 μηνών

γ) σύμβαση 24 μηνών και

δ) σύμβαση 36 μηνών

- Για τις συμβάσεις μήνα / μήνα, απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την εφαρμογή της προσφοράς είναι η διατήρηση της σύμβασης μίσθωσης  για διάστημα τουλάχιστον έξι (6) μηνών. Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο, η σύμβαση μίσθωσης λυθεί πριν από την παρέλευση των έξι (6) μηνών, τότε ο πελάτης είναι υποχρεωμένος να καταβάλει προς το instacar το υπόλοιπο 30% των τριών πρώτων μισθωμάτων, ενώ δεν θα καταβάλει την εγγραφή και τις επιπλέον εγγυήσεις (instastart). Σε περίπτωση διακοπής της συνδρομής και μεταγενέστερης επανενεργοποίησης αυτής, ο Μισθωτής υποχρεούται στην εκ νέου καταβολή της εγγραφής.

- Για τις κλειστές συμβάσεις μίσθωσης 12 μηνών, απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την εφαρμογή της προσφοράς είναι η διατήρηση της σύμβασης μίσθωσης  για διάστημα δώδεκα (12) μηνών. Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο, η σύμβαση μίσθωσης λυθεί πριν από την παρέλευση των δώδεκα (12) μηνών, τότε ο πελάτης είναι υποχρεωμένος να καταβάλει προς το instacar το υπόλοιπο 30% των τριών πρώτων μισθωμάτων, ενώ δεν θα καταβάλει την εγγραφή και τις επιπλέον εγγυήσεις (instastart). Σε περίπτωση διακοπής της συνδρομής και μεταγενέστερης επανενεργοποίησης αυτής, ο Μισθωτής υποχρεούται στην εκ νέου καταβολή της εγγραφής.

- Για τις κλειστές συμβάσεις μίσθωσης 24 μηνών, απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την εφαρμογή της προσφοράς είναι η διατήρηση της σύμβασης μίσθωσης , για διάστημα είκοσι τεσσάρων (24) μηνών. Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο, η σύμβαση μίσθωσης λυθεί πριν από την παρέλευση των είκοσι τεσσάρων (24) μηνών, τότε ο πελάτης είναι υποχρεωμένος να καταβάλει προς το instacar το υπόλοιπο 30% των τριών πρώτων μισθωμάτων, ενώ δεν θα καταβάλει την εγγραφή και τις επιπλέον εγγυήσεις (instastart). Σε περίπτωση διακοπής της συνδρομής και μεταγενέστερης επανενεργοποίησης αυτής, ο Μισθωτής υποχρεούται στην εκ νέου καταβολή της εγγραφής.

- Για τις κλειστές συμβάσεις μίσθωσης 36 μηνών, απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την εφαρμογή της προσφοράς είναι η διατήρηση της σύμβασης μίσθωσης , για διάστημα τριάντα έξι μηνών (36) μηνών. Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο, η σύμβαση μίσθωσης λυθεί πριν από την παρέλευση των τριάντα έξι (36) μηνών, τότε ο πελάτης είναι υποχρεωμένος να καταβάλει προς το instacar το υπόλοιπο 30% των τριών πρώτων μισθωμάτων, ενώ δεν θα καταβάλει την εγγραφή και τις επιπλέον εγγυήσεις (instastart). Σε περίπτωση διακοπής της συνδρομής και μεταγενέστερης επανενεργοποίησης αυτής, ο Μισθωτής υποχρεούται στην εκ νέου καταβολή της εγγραφής.

- Ανεξάρτητα από το πακέτο που θα επιλέξει ο πελάτης (μήνα/μήνα, πακέτο 12 μηνών, πακέτο 24 μηνών, πακέτο 36 μηνών), αιτήματα του πελάτη για αλλαγή του μισθωμένου οχήματος δεν γίνονται δεκτά, πριν από την παρέλευση τριών (3) μηνών από την έναρξη της σύμβασης. Ειδικότερα, με την παρέλευση των τριών (3) μηνών, ο πελάτης έχει την δυνατότητα να ζητήσει μόνο αναβάθμιση του μισθωμένου οχήματος (upgrade)  ενώ μόνο μετά την παρέλευση έξι (6) μηνών από την έναρξη της σύμβασης, μπορεί να αιτηθεί αλλαγή οχήματος χαμηλότερης μισθωτικής αξίας (downgrade).  Διευκρινίζεται ότι στις δύο αυτές τελευταίες περιπτώσεις (upgrade/downgrade) δεν εφαρμόζεται εκ νέου η προσφορά μείωσης 30%, των τριών πρώτων μισθωμάτων.

-Η προσφορά εφαρμόζεται αποκλειστικά σε νέες συμβάσεις μίσθωσης οχημάτων και δεν καλύπτει ενεργές συμβάσεις, των οποίων οι όροι τυχόν μεταβληθούν με πρωτοβουλία του μισθωτή λόγω αλλαγής οχήματος.

- Η προσφορά αυτή δεν ισχύει σε συνδυασμό με καμία άλλη προσφορά ή έκπτωση του instacar.

- Όλες οι μισθώσεις οχημάτων υπόκεινται στους όρους και προϋποθέσεις της σύμβασης μίσθωσης του αντίστοιχου πακέτου.

-  Η προσφορά δεν ισχύει για B2B συμβάσεις μίσθωσης.

- Η προσφορά  ισχύει κατόπιν διαθεσιμότητας των οχημάτων του στόλου που υπάγονται στην εν λόγω προσφορά.

“DEALS OF THE DEALS”

THE OFFER IS VALID FROM 28.09.2026 UNTIL THE COMPANY’S FLEET STOCK IS EXHAUSTED

Terms and conditions of the offer, which include:

– 30% discount on the rental fee for the first three months

– Free registration (value €270.00 plus VAT 24%)

– Only 1 monthly rental fee as a security deposit (instastart), regardless of package

– The new lessee or existing customer with a new lease, who leases a specific vehicle from the company’s fleet, during the exclusive period from 28.09.2026 until the stock is exhausted, shall benefit from a special offer under which a 30% discount on the monthly rental fee shall apply for the first three months of the vehicle lease, as well as free registration (value €270.00 plus VAT 24%), and 1 monthly rental fee as a security deposit (instastart), regardless of the package.

– This offer has a specific validity period, namely from 28.09.2026 at 16:00 until the stock is exhausted.

– The offer applies exclusively and restrictively to the lease of a specific vehicle from the company’s fleet.

– The discount provided applies to all lease contract packages:

a) month-to-month,

b) 12-month contract,

c) 24-month contract, and

d) 36-month contract.

– For month-to-month contracts, a necessary condition for the application of the offer is the maintenance of the lease contract for a period of at least six (6) months. If, for any reason, the lease contract is terminated before the expiry of six (6) months, the customer shall be obliged to pay to instacar the remaining 30% of the first three monthly rental fees, while the customer shall not pay the registration fee and the additional security deposits (instastart). In the event of termination of the subscription and its subsequent reactivation, the Lessee shall be obliged to pay the registration fee again.

– For closed 12-month lease contracts, a necessary condition for the application of the offer is the maintenance of the lease contract for a period of twelve (12) months. If, for any reason, the lease contract is terminated before the expiry of twelve (12) months, the customer shall be obliged to pay to instacar the remaining 30% of the first three monthly rental fees, while the customer shall not pay the registration fee and the additional security deposits (instastart). In the event of termination of the subscription and its subsequent reactivation, the Lessee shall be obliged to pay the registration fee again.

– For closed 24-month lease contracts, a necessary condition for the application of the offer is the maintenance of the lease contract for a period of twenty-four (24) months. If, for any reason, the lease contract is terminated before the expiry of twenty-four (24) months, the customer shall be obliged to pay to instacar the remaining 30% of the first three monthly rental fees, while the customer shall not pay the registration fee and the additional security deposits (instastart). In the event of termination of the subscription and its subsequent reactivation, the Lessee shall be obliged to pay the registration fee again.

– For closed 36-month lease contracts, a necessary condition for the application of the offer is the maintenance of the lease contract for a period of thirty-six (36) months. If, for any reason, the lease contract is terminated before the expiry of thirty-six (36) months, the customer shall be obliged to pay to instacar the remaining 30% of the first three monthly rental fees, while the customer shall not pay the registration fee and the additional security deposits (instastart). In the event of termination of the subscription and its subsequent reactivation, the Lessee shall be obliged to pay the registration fee again.

– Regardless of the package selected by the customer (month-to-month, 12-month package, 24-month package, 36-month package), customer requests for a change of the leased vehicle shall not be accepted before the expiry of three (3) months from the commencement of the contract. Specifically, upon the expiry of three (3) months, the customer shall only have the option to request an upgrade of the leased vehicle, while only after the expiry of six (6) months from the commencement of the contract may the customer request a change to a vehicle of lower rental value (downgrade). It is clarified that in these two latter cases (upgrade/downgrade), the 30% discount offer on the first three monthly rental fees shall not be applied again.

– The offer applies exclusively to new vehicle lease contracts and does not cover active contracts whose terms may be modified at the initiative of the Lessee due to a change of vehicle.

– This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount provided by instacar.

– All vehicle leases are subject to the terms and conditions of the lease contract applicable to the respective package.

– The offer does not apply to B2B lease contracts.

– The offer is valid subject to the availability of the vehicles in the fleet that are eligible for the relevant offer.
